With Copper Mountain opening the new Union Creek facility soon, they decided to install a ski-check station, allowing guests to safely store their skis and boards while they hang out at the lodge with the kiddos, or do some shopping. Hearing about the benefits of panels, they contacted the folks up at ICS- Rocky Mountain, who naturally called on us to help with the install. Below are some before and afters of the project. As you can see, not only are the insulating benefits of panels a big help, but the low impact to the site is an added advantage. With precision manufacturing techniques, it allows us to install this building on site in less than 5 hours! below are som before and afters pictures of the site, and once the trim is installed we'll add those pictures to the slideshow as well, showing off the diversity and adaptability of panelized construction. Not just for homes, panels offer a quick and enrgy efficient means of construction for just about anything- sheds, barns, garages, equipment facilities

The Copper Mountain staff is putting the finishing touched on the new stairway from the lodge. The heated slab is poured and ready for the panels to arrive

1 Hour in. After a quick check to make sure the slab is flat, lines are snapped and the sill plate is laid down. The panels are laid out in order and we ready to begin putting them up!

2.5 hrs in. The walls are all stood up, foamed into place and secured. Andrew is installing the top plates which help tie the walls together and give us a place to screw the roof onto.

The finished product, 5 hours after we started. The advantages of panelized construction are apparent once again. Everything is ready for Coppers carpentry crew to come in and install windows and trim out the building.
